Key Achievements
From June to November 2022, I served as the Shopify e-commerce website manager for Teeccino Café, where I oversaw all aspects of their online store’s operation. This role involved managing a diverse team of 7 local and overseas employees and directing the strategic search engine optimization of their product catalog. The core objective was to boost the website’s performance, enhance its organic search visibility, and increase online sales. Quantifiable metrics, including improved product search rankings, increased conversion rates, and the overall productivity of the team under my leadership, can measure my success in this position. The project demonstrated a high level of expertise in Shopify Development, Shopify e-commerce optimization, and team management.
- Shopify E-commerce Management & Team Leadership – I managed all day-to-day operations of the Teeccino Café Shopify website, ensuring a smooth and efficient online shopping experience for customers. A key component of this role was leading a team of 7 employees, delegating tasks related to content updates, product listing, and technical maintenance. This required strong communication and organizational skills to ensure all team members, regardless of their location, were aligned with project goals and deadlines.
- Product Search Engine Optimization – I executed a comprehensive product-based SEO strategy to increase the visibility of Teeccino’s diverse range of products. This Shopify e-commerce optimization effort included keyword research, meta tag optimization, and content creation for product pages and blog posts. By focusing on long-tail keywords relevant to herbal coffee, I helped the site rank higher in search results, driving more qualified organic traffic to key product pages.
- Online Marketing Strategy – I also contributed to the overall digital marketing strategy, which included elements of Shopify PPC/PPM (Pay-Per-Click and Pay-Per-Mille) to drive targeted traffic to seasonal promotions and new product launches. By analyzing campaign performance, I helped optimize spending and improve return on ad spend, demonstrating a holistic understanding of e-commerce growth strategies beyond organic search.
This focused, five-month engagement at Teeccino Café was a testament to my ability to rapidly adapt and make a significant impact in a short timeframe. The project began with a thorough audit of the existing Shopify store to identify areas for improvement in both performance and SEO. My leadership of the e-commerce team enabled us to implement changes efficiently, from improving product page load speeds to overhauling product descriptions for better SEO. The strategic Shopify Development and Shopify e-commerce optimization initiatives implemented during this period resulted in a measurable increase in online sales and a more robust digital presence for the brand. The project successfully established a scalable and data-driven framework for future e-commerce growth.
