Key Achievements
Since May 2022, I have been managing the e-commerce operations and continuous SEO for MotorWest Performance, Inc., a specialist in high-performance automotive parts. My role involves overseeing their primary website and optimizing their presence on key e-commerce marketplaces, including eBay and Amazon. My success in this ongoing position can be directly measured by improved search engine rankings, increased organic traffic, and a measurable lift in sales across all platforms. This project demonstrates my high level of skill in WooCommerce management and a deep understanding of e-commerce product optimization strategies.
- WooCommerce E-commerce Management – I am responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the company’s high-performing WooCommerce website. My duties include managing product listings, processing orders, implementing site updates, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This work has been critical in maintaining the site’s high performance and reliability for both customers and staff.
- E-commerce Marketplace Optimization – I’ve provided continuous support for the client’s presence on various e-commerce marketplaces, including eBay and Amazon. This includes optimizing product listings for marketplace-specific search algorithms, managing inventory synchronization, and developing effective promotional strategies to maximize visibility and sales on these key platforms.
- Continuous SEO Management – I have implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy that includes both on-page and off-page techniques. On-page efforts are focused on e-commerce product optimization through detailed keyword research, structured data implementation, and content creation for product pages and blog posts. Off-page activities include link building and other strategies to enhance the site’s authority and search rankings.
This long-term project with MotorWest Performance began with a detailed analysis of their existing online presence and has evolved into a continuous WooCommerce management and growth strategy. My work has ensured that the e-commerce website remains a powerful sales tool while also expanding the brand’s reach across crucial third-party marketplaces.
